Returns and Refunds Policy


Our returns policy lasts 21 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it and returned to us within the 21 day period.

To begin your returns process, please email with your name and contact details, together with details of why you would like to return your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, minus the cost of the original shipping.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow a few days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 – 7 days, first check your credit card account, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

together with a copy of your tax invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as Australia Post is beyond our control.
